Self-contained studio on the ground floor. Lots of natural light via the internal floor to ceiling windows. Electric radiator, access to nearby communal brush sinks, shared kitchen, and bike storage. WiFi provided and 24-hour independent access. Monthly cost is combination of fee and service charge. Studio Fee is £539 pcm Service charge £159.25 pcm Please note that each studio is also metered and billed separately. Watkin Road Studios provides 22 high-quality studios for artists and makers. The studios are exclusively for visual artists and designer-makers, including (but not limited to) painters, sculptors, printmakers, installation artists and textile designers. Priority will be given to artists living in the London Borough of Brent. The majority of studios benefit from floor-to-ceiling windows, offering excellent natural light.
